MagSafe accessories continue to be a mix of great ideas and daily annoyances, but I keep trying them all. I’ve tried enough wallets to fill a drawer in my desk, and most of them get something right, but miss on a few minor things. Recently, I’ve been trying some new wallets that do more than hold credit cards. That’s what caught my eye with the BENKS ArmorGo Magnetic Wallet Stand, and I’ve been using it for the past few weeks.

The stand is the star
BENKS nailed the stand feature on this wallet. It flips out quickly and works in portrait and landscape without a hassle. It sort of doubles as the place where you push up your cards, so they would already have the cutout here as well. It’s a great thing for me to have in a MagSafe Wallet.
Card access is fast
Some wallets clamp down too tightly or require peeling off the phone just to get to a card. That’s not the case here. BENKS has a wide cutout that makes it easy to slide cards in and out, which is part of the stand. Even with just one card, nothing feels loose. It holds them securely without stretching or feeling flimsy. I typically carry two cards and my driver’s license, and I’ve never had a moment where I worried they’d slip out. The ability to quickly get cards in and out is the key part of my satisfaction with a MagSafe wallet.
Strong magnets and a Kevlar texture
The MagSafe magnet is solid. Once it clicks into place, it stays there. I’ve tossed my iPhone onto couches, slid it across tables, and picked it up one-handed by the wallet. It never fell off. The Kevlar material also adds grip, and it matches my current case. It gives your phone a more sturdy feel in your hand without being rough or rubbery.
RFID blocker adds peace of mind
This is a feature I never think about until I travel. I’ve had MagSafe wallets without RFID shielding, and while I’ve never had data stolen, it’s definitely nice to have. The BENK ArmorGo builds in RFID protection so you don’t have to think about it. Whether at the airport or a crowded coffee shop, it’s one less thing to worry about.
Wrap up on ArmorGo Magnetic Wallet
The BENKS ArmorGo Magnetic Wallet checks a lot of boxes as a great MagSafe wallet. It securely holds your driver’s license and credit cards, props your phone up when needed with a stand, and adds grip without adding much bulk. The RFID protection is a smart extra as well. This one deserves a chance if you’re still chasing the right MagSafe wallet. The main thing it’s lacking is Find My support.
